CONNECTICUT BLACK EXPO FLOOR PLAN

This "Tentative" Floor Plan has the potential to accommodate at least 180 vendors, not including novelties for children, and several automobiles that will be raffled off.

Exhibitor booths will be assigned on a "First-Come, First-Serve" basis, and according to the corresponding pavilion associated with it.

For example, Afro-Centric Art will be assigned to the Artists's Pavilion, and books being sold will be assigned to the Author's Pavilion, and so on.

Priority will be placed on payments received in full and also on a "First-Come, First-Serve basis respectfully.

This plan is subject to change depending upon the amont of exhibitors, and to comply with all safety standards and requirements by the New Haven City Wide Fieldhouse and The recommendations set forth by the local and State Fire Inspectors.
